In the role of Product Consultant and Customer Engagement Lead, you will be pivotal in shaping our product's market presence and customer satisfaction.

This senior-level position is designed for a seasoned professional skilled in customer engagement, product consultancy, and strategic input.

Your main duties will be to:

• Deeply understand our product to provide effective consultation to prospects and customers.
• Support and guide our sales and business development teams with essential product insights.
• Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers, acting as a key advisor.
• Lead customer onboarding, training, and support initiatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback and market insights to senior product management to be used in streamlining product strategy and direction.

• Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in customer relationship management and client engagement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements and business development activities.
• Demonstrated experience in COTS solutions and agile methodologies.

It would also be a plus if you had:

• Knowledge of system integration technologies and enterprise application landscapes.
• Insight into solution architecture and emerging IT trends.
