Job Description

A day in the life of a Digital Media Analyst...

As Digital Media Analyst you will become part of our fast-growing Digital Media Team. The Senior Digital Media Analyst will be responsible for analysing complex data, assessing the impact of digital campaigns, monitoring the online listening landscape, and compiling reports to deliver strategic and actionable insights to our clients.

Your main duties will be to…

  • Gather data from various sources such as web analytics platforms, social media channels, ad platforms, social listening tools, and online databases, for comprehensive analysis.
  • Evaluate large scale Pan-European digital communications, employing a diverse array of analytical tools, to compile detailed reports filled with insightful, actionable recommendations.
  • Utilise social listening to monitor and analyse online conversations, identifying trending topics, measuring sentiment and drawing meaningful insights.
  • Design interactive dashboards and leverage storytelling and visualisations to contextualise data analysis, aligning the client needs and understanding.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable tactics to inform business decisions through the use of data analysis and visualisation platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including social media experts, project managers and UX/UI teams, for briefings and exchange of insights.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in social media tools, and data analysis, integrating best practices into daily work.

 

Qualifications

If you have…

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in digital communications, statistics, data analysis or relevant field
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the field of digital media, data analysis and/or performance evaluation.
  • Proficiency in the English language in both oral and written communication
  • Advanced knowledge of social media, campaign performance, optimization and monitoring. A deep understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience with social media ads reporting through Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads etc.
  • Extensive experience with web and social media platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, X Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics). Knowledge of Matomo is a plus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating dashboards and in using visualisation tools like Looker Studio, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platforms is essential. Knowledge of Supermetrics is a plus.
  • Mastery in MS Excel with a keen eye for detail
  • Knowledge of social listening tools, such as Brandwatch will be considered a plus.
