1. Responsible for providing Oracle/SAP applications solutions to an exclusive range of clients across a range of high profile assignments.
2. You will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of design and testing phases, producing solution design and leading the client throughout the implementation and support phases.
3. Help customers maximize strategic business value from NCIS products they have purchased by providing them with a vision of their end state solution and a roadmap.
4. Analyze customer’s business requirements, needs, and objectives and map them to the NCIS processes, solutions and modules that are being implemented.
5. Analyze and solve complex customer issues involving both data and processes
6. Work closely with the presales, professional services, and support teams to ensure a seamless transition through the customer lifecycle
7. Provide the necessary support for SCM Modules / Solutions
8. Responsible for delivering functional consulting and education services at customer sites.
9. Leading design activities defining requirements, testing and providing direction to customers and more junior consultants.
10. Enhance and updating knowledge on domain field practices and related technology.
11. Build know-how and develop expertise in domain field products.
12. Provide daily activity reporting against plans and schedules.
13. Work as developer to build required packages and load data using API, and implement Oracle/SAP SCM application.
14. Engagement in projects may include various project roles such as project coordinating team leading in addition to implementation consulting.
15. Responsible for any other related activity as requested by his/her direct Manager.
