As a Payroll Consultant, you will join our office in Athens. You will be part of a high-performing and experienced team contributing to the implementation, consulting, supporting of our Payroll & logistics systems for public organizations .

Your main duties will be to:

• Support the customers payroll systems for monthly and annually payroll process.
• Support the day-to-day customers operations, regarding questions & queries related to payroll systems (e.g. payroll calculation, taxes, absences, labor law), social security, benefits, and other relevant topics
• Capture, analyze and prepare ad hoc payroll requirements analysis  for new functionality or system changes as per business needs.

If you have:

• Bachelor’s or equivalent University degree
• Proven experience of minimum 2-3 years in a relevant position
• Good knowledge of employment law and an understanding of payroll processes, especially of payroll for public sector organizations’ employees
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, mostly MS Excel
• Experience with Payroll – HR Information Systems. Experience with payroll for public sector organizations’ employees will be considered as an asset
• Very good command of the English language (oral, written)
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinking and innovative problem-solving mindset
• Ability to act in a confidential and professional manner
• Passion with payroll and determination to pursue a career in the field
• Knowledge of Relational Database and basic SQL Knowledge will be considered as an asset
