We are looking for a Lawyer for our offices in Athens.

A day in the life of a Lawyer.

You will be able to provide legal advice on various issues of our business. You will safeguard our reputation by guaranteeing that the company strictly follows law guidelines and give legal advice to management about all relevant issues.

Your main duties will be:

• Advise, draft and negotiate: i) commercial contracts covering the provision of services and/or the sale of hardware, software equipment, ii) employment contracts, iii) freelancer contracts, iv) subcontractor agreements, v) EU consortium agreements, vi) MOUs, vii) Teaming Agreements  etc. in cooperation with the competent departments of the Company
• Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, European law, corporate law, IPR law, computer law, data protection etc.).
• Provide legal support when the Company is submitting tenders / offers in public and/or private sector tender procedures and during the entire tendering procedure until the relevant contract is awarded and signed. Provide legal support when implementing signed contracts. Drafting of letters, applications, petitions, objections etc.
• Communicate and negotiate with external parties (public authorities, customers, partners etc.), creating relations of trust.
• Manage and coordinate legal matters handled by external counsel, ensuring cost effective use.
• Draft General Assembly and Board of Directors resolutions
• Review internal governance policies
• Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation
• Act in cooperation with the colleagues of the Company’s Legal teams based in Greece/ Belgium and other teams and functions of the Company.

If you have:

• Degree in law (Greek law).
• Proven 4-6 post-graduation experience as in-house counsel, preferably in a multi-national organization, or in a leading law firm.
• Solid experience of the IT business activating in the Greek/European/international environment
• Fluency in French and English (verbal and written)
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
