Job Description

  • Responsible for providing ERP application solutions to an exclusive range of clients across a range of high-profile assignments.
  • Responsible for managing the full life cycle of design and testing phases, producing solution designs, and leading the client throughout the implementation and support phases.
  • Help customers maximize strategic business value from Netcompany Intrasoft products they have purchased by providing them with a vision of their end-state solution and a roadmap.
  • Analyze customer’s business requirements, needs, and objectives and map them to Netcompany Intrasoft processes, solutions and modules that are being implemented.
  • Analyze and solve complex customer issues involving both data and processes
  • Work closely with the presales, professional services, and support teams to ensure a seamless transition through the customer lifecycle
  • Provide the necessary support for HRMS Modules / Solutions
  • Responsible for delivering functional consulting and education services at customer sites.
  • Leading design activities defining requirements, testing, and providing direction to customers and more junior consultants.
  • Enhance and update knowledge on domain field practices and related technology.
  • Build know-how and develop expertise in domain field products.
  • Provide daily activity reporting against plans and schedules.
  • Work as a developer to build required packages and load data using API, and implement HRMS ERP application.
  • Engagement in projects may include various project roles such as project coordinating team leading in addition to implementation consulting.
  • Responsible for any other related activity as requested by his/her direct Manager.

 

Qualifications

  • BA Business Administration or Computer Science, Engineering MBA is preferred
  • 10 years’ experience in IT, or any other related field.
  • At least 4 end-to-end implementations
  • Strong knowledge on the HR Business Processes
  • Proficiency in ERP-SAP, Oracle or another implementation methodology
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Solid communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Adaptable to work on different project when extended work time is needed.
  • Process oriented.
  • A team player who works as part of a team to provide services to customers.
  • Strong work ethic with good time management skills preferred.
