Netcompany are currently looking for a Lead Agile / Technical Business Analyst to join us on a permanent basis in London with travel to some travel to Hampshire.

Key Skills

  • User Story Elaboration, including Acceptance Criteria
  • Stakeholder Management  in complex Client Environment
  • Experience of transitioning from an incumbent to you as a new supplier
  • Requirements Analysis/business process analysis
  • Agile / Scrum
  • Experience of BDD/TDD
  • A Software Development background

 

Responsibilities:

  • Participate / Lead User Story elaboration workshops to capture the requirements and work alongside the project team to translate these into accurate business requirements as user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes and other relevant, useful attachments.
  • Form strong working relationships with Netcompany colleagues and Client Product Owners & other key stakeholders
  • Contribution to the management of the business requirements through the full Software Development Lifecycle, working with key team members to ensure sign off.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to define the scope of proposed changes and provide an assessment of change and define the analytical documentation, approach and timescales Build the content and ensure that focus is maintained, and all parties contribute.
  • Support the development, testing and business from project initiation through to delivery and maintain an awareness of the business change agenda.
  • Continuously improve process and procedures within the business transformation and wider business and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • As part of a scaled agile team of 7 scrum teams, take on the Lead BA role to support the BA’s and Product Owners to create, own and manage the backlog.
  • Act as lead BA, guiding the team on best practice for user story creation, acceptance criteria creation that enables BDD.
  • Working as the BA in a DevSecOps scrum team consisting of 4 x Dev’s, 2 x Testers, 1 x BA and Scrum Master, work with the team on the sprint deliveries.
  • Understand how to rapidly address any issues left unresolved by the client - and any questions raised by the offshore team.
  • Challenge stakeholders to ensure all needs are met and to gain understanding and robust agreements.
