Netcompany are currently looking for experienced individuals with strong 3rd Line Application support experience to join us on a permanent basis to drive forward our delivery capability and deliver the optimum solutions to our clients. Key Responsibilities

·         The roles will support the transition and ongoing delivery of services for one of the UK's most exciting development programmes.

·         As 3rd line support you will be expected to accurately identify, resolve, escalate and record IT problems via phone and email.

·         Respond to and resolve 3rd line Application incidents and requests in order to maintain/exceed contracted service levels.

·         Work across multiple workstreams helping to identify root cause and trending to achieve prompt incident resolution and to be a key interface into Development teams.

·         Regularly communicate with the users and wider Managed Service team to keep them updated and informed.

·         Ensure a proactive approach to providing excellent customer service is maintained.

·         Understand the application service design and deliver proactive service improvements.

·         Maintain accurate service and incident records.

·         Form part of an on-call Application Support team rota

Experience, knowledge and background required

The right candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and a good understanding of IT end user support issues covering the following technologies:

·         Good of experience in .Net Development and related technologies.

·         Excellent knowledge of .NET and C#.

·         Good working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server

·         Hands on developing, debugging and testing with .NET and related technologies.

·         Familiar with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX and JQUERY

·         Good knowledge of IIS, Team Foundation Server
