Netcompany requires a talented Data Architect to join the business within a newly formed team centred around a large specialised programme of work.

he Data Architect shall take responsibility for defining and translating the Conceptual data model to a Logical Data Model, before managing the realisation of a Physical data model across a number of discrete projects and solutions. The data architect will also take responsibility for the Information Architecture for the organisation's goals, shall then transition into owning and managing the data migration from the legacy model through to the to-be model, across the lifecycle of project delivery.

Responsibilities

·         Establish and provide information architecture governance to distributed programmes and across suppliers.

·         Review the as-is data architecture and translate into a defined logical architecture and physical architecture

·         Develop and maintain the architecture model using defined industry frameworks.

·         Develop, maintain and create data governance processes and capabilities

·         Design, develop and maintain the approaches to Data Migration

Key Skills

·         Strong experience in the creation and management of the Enterprises Logical Data Model

·         Experience of Data Model governance

·         Experience in the measurement and capability of data analytics

·         Extensive experience of data migration, across data stores and data types
