In Netcompany we are looking for an IT technician for our IT-Services department, where you will be part of an ambitious team to ensure the internal operation and support in the organization

·         Task solving within security and patching of servers and applications.

·         Be prepared to provide technical support for projects and deliveries.

·         Handle the role of Single Point of Contact (SPoC) in Netcompany Vietnam and ambassador for IT Services.

·         Support Office 365, including Skype for business, Outlook, SharePoint, as well as local applications on PCs and mobile devices.

·         Maintain workplaces, operate servers support of internal solutions, as well as maintain, improve and manage server platforms.

·         Purchase and distribute hardware & software (preparing and installing equipment for new and existing employees, servicing our meeting rooms, video conferencing and printers around the house…

• Graduate with Diploma/Bachelor in technician/networking, and 2-4 years of experience in IT support.
• Good English (speak, read, write and listen) skill, service-minded, good teamwork and be driven by helping users.
• Self-driving, operational-oriented, structured and able to dispose of your time and document your work.
• Flexible and helps make extra effort with your colleagues when needed.
• Well structured, thorough, responsible and flexible to work independently and proactively from an overall perspective.
• Good collaboration skills, as you will enter to close cooperation with the entire organization, including Network, Storage- and Backup teams.
• Being familiar with one of the following technologies:

-        AD, DNS & DHCP

-        Exchange 2016 & O365

-        Microsoft SharePoint

-        Network, firewall and load balancers

-        Visual Studio, TFS & GI
