Qualifications

To succeed you will be:

  • Self-organising and well planned to execute employer branding activity, both internally and externally
  • Continuously suggesting new and innovative ideas about how to build the Netcompany UK brand
  • Identify appropriate social media forums to enhance our brand reputation, in order to attract new talent
  • Driving digital marketing campaigns to generate interest, enquiries and marketing qualified leads
  • Researching target customers and news that may identify new opportunities
  • Preparing marketing material for client meetings and presentations
  • Collaborating with wider Netcompany European team
  • Assisting in the building of propositions and campaigns to target customers
  • Preparing and issuing internal marketing and communications to all employees about our success
  • Delivering a professional presence at various conferences, events, seminars
  • An amazing communicator with a fun and outgoing personality

Ideal experience:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or Business Management
  • 2-3 years of experience in inbound and outbound marketing in a B2B environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communicating skills and outstanding organising aptitude
  • Experience with marketing automation tools e.g. Dotmailer, MailChimp, Dynamics365
  • Creative and resourceful in solving problems and not afraid to reach out for help
  • Ninja skills in creating powerful content in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
