We are looking for a data enthusiast with some first experiences in digital analytics who loves to transmit his/her passion for web technologies to clients to shape and drive their digital experiences. You are a good fit, if you are a sharp mind that gathers and analyses marketing & business needs and translates into efficient marketing platform solutions. Translating marketing planning and processes into (data) workflows and required marketing tech stacks, especially covering Digital Analytics and Audience Management.

Job Description / Tasks
In your day to day activities you will ...
Be assisting and working with senior colleagues to learn and grow your analytics skills
Consult clients and work on projects with respect to tracking and measuring various desired on and offline touchpoints
Advocate and consult customers through the creation of Analytics Tracking Concepts
Establish standard data privacy compliant processes for client’s digital properties, set up, maintain and track data for reach, performance, engagement and other behavior metrics
What do we require?
Completed your studies in Computer Science, E-Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, Digital Marketing or Business related studies
Some first or deeper experience in tag architecture analysis and using tagging platform(s) to execute proper data flow
Being able to develop strategies for data management solutions in digital marketing with an understanding of tracking omni-channel touchpoints
A highly motivated interested personality that loves to work in the data space
Great written and verbal communication skills in English and German language

1+ years of hands-on experience with some Analytics & Digital Marketing related tools like e.g. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 360, Google Optimize, Google Cloud Products incl. BigQuery, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, Adobe Audience Manager, Tealium, Salesforce.
First ability to explain architecture proposals to non-technical audiences and communicate business value of suggested ideas & plans
Understanding of data privacy and data governance regulations such as GDPR
