Job Description

The purpose of this role is to ensure successful project management for integration projects with Netcentric's parent company. You are a good fit if you like to coordinate between clients, stakeholders and your team. We want you to be part of our team, if you are a good communicator, who knows how to identify customer requirements and manages future business solutions. 

You will act as a key contact and as a liaison between the internal IT team and the parent company. 

The main accountabilities are:

  • Facilitating communication within the different IT teams involved in the projects

  • Ensure project prioritization and the roadmap is clear to all stakeholders

  • Executing all the required administrative tasks

  • Being the person of contact for all non-technical and basic technical topics

  • Communicating expectations and blockers to the IT Teams

  • Liaising with the IT PMO's and other stakeholders

  • Reporting on project progress


What do we require?

  • Experience in managing IT Projects

  • Familiarity with IT frameworks like ITIL 

  • Understanding of contemporary concepts around Cloud and On-prem IT services and infrastructure

  • Familiarity with IT Security processes and policies 

  • Documentation of complex topics concisely and comprehensively

  • Communication skills in a multicultural globally distributed environment

  • A very good command of spoken and written English

  • Ability to moderate workshops, presentations and discussions

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Acting as a trusted advisor for customers and colleagues

  • With the input of the technical team, all technical topics can be discussed and explained. You would ideally have a technical background, having worked with Software and System Engineers

  • Experience with task management and wiki-based documentation tools (preferably Jira and Confluence)

  • Project and online PM tool setup

  • Project reporting and controlling
