Information Security is a priority at Netatmo and putting in place processes to assure its protection is essential.

As a Junior Quality Project Manager you will be part of the Quality Team which is responsible of Netatmo Information Security Management System (based on ISO 27001 for which we are certified since 2020) and manages transversal projects working with several teams of the company: all of them great, with different backgrounds and in an international environment!

As a Junior Quality Project Manager you will be responsible of the Access Control Project which includes:

• Analyse, specify, set up workflow, and implement a process to manage the different tool accesses provided to a collaborator through their life in our company (since their arrival, internal mobility until their departure).

• For this, you will need to analyse current practices, expectations of different teams (HR, IT, technical teams), ISO27001 requirements regarding Access Control and also understand how different teams and roles are involved in this process.
  Based on this review, you will specify , set up and implement the best solution for our company.

• Your project will use of the Jira tool to support to design and set up the process. It will allow to manage and control collaborator accesses in a specific Jira project, and for that, you have to develop an special Jira template, with screens, fields, workflows and user documentation.
  At the end, your Access Control project must run smoothly.
