At Netatmo, the e-Shop and the CRM tools represents an important part of the visibility of our products and are key elements in the growth of the company.

In order to strengthen the team and the efficiency of the e-shop and the CRM tools, we are looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible of these 2 crucial interfaces with our customers.

As a product manager you will be the link between our customers, all the business teams involved and the development team.

E-Shop and CRM tools are the center of various business teams in Netatmo: Merchandising, CRM, Customer support, Sales Administration, warehousing and logistic … as a product manager you will be the main interlocutor for these teams.

Your mission will be to ensure the best level of performance and features for the e-shop and the CRM tools in order to satisfy our customers and increase our sales performances.

You will have to manage 2 linked product lines : E-Shop and the Data&CRM tools.

You role for the both topics are to build and the product roadmap and deliver the features in collaboration with the business teams and the development team.

In order to do so you will :

• Organize the discovery to identify and anticipate potential new features and useful tools
• Build and maintain your roadmap for both product lines: e-shop and CRM tools
• Prioritize developments with all the concerned teams
• Write user-stories, detailled specifications and documentation
• Drive the delivery of new features in collaboration with development team
• Drive the setup of KPI and analytics tools
• Follow-up KPIs in order to be able to best prioritize new features and to monitor results of delivered features

and of course, participate in the support and daily life of the e-shop in collaboration with the teams involved.

Above all, we want you to make great things happen and manage project complexity in a structured, efficient and innovative way. 

• The perfect candidate has a strong technical background (MS engineering or similar experience) & is passionate about innovative products and high-quality, user-centred design.
   
• You are analytical and pragmatic with a problem-solving mind-set
   
• You have a strong leadership skills with a team player and « get-the-job done » attitude.
   
• Fluent in English, you have an excellent written and oral communication, making complex ideas understandable to a wide audience.
   
• An experience in e-commerce or analytics tools is a plus !
