In the HR Development team (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Employer Branding Management), for the perfect match, you have profound knowledge in developing and implementing L&D strategies and measures from the scratch. With Netatmo being a fast growing company, you know how to roll-up your sleeves and implement tools and methodologies for both quick wins and long term solutions.

You have the experience and the right attitude to manage Change situations and you know how to apply relevant change tools & process. 

You are rationally sound in making complex decisions and communication. You have excellent communication skills for managing cross-functional or company wide projects, keeping all stakeholders well-informed and involved.

Your responsibilities are :

• Steer the end to end conceptualization and implementation of concepts in particular related to Learning and Development in line with the anticipated growth, business strategy and change management.
• Utilize data and analytics to continuously evaluate and improve the existing learning material and offers,continuously optimizing processes and experience for our learners.
• Take responsibility for your program's/ initiative's budget and for managing internal and external clients, vendors and trainers
• Analyse the needs and prioritize the initiatives reflecting new ways of learning
• Coordinate Workshops/ Learning Interventions for identified needs and target groups, wherever applicable
• Strong Interface Management by keeping all key stakeholders involved and informed
• A strategic thinker, with the ability to see the big picture and breaking it down into milestones

You have 7+ years experience in the area of learning & development, both strategic and operative, in international environments, ideally tech companies. 

Excellent project management skills and excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken). 

You have demonstrated initiative and you are creative problem-solver focused on improving services and outcomes.

Having strong organizational skills with high attention to details, you are recognized for your ability to effectively balance conflicting priorities whilst keeping to tight deadlines.

Enthusiastic and resourceful, you have a growth and positive mindset to lead a Learning strategy and actions.
