Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition & Campus Management, you will work within our HR team (6 people), you will work closely with the TA team and the Managers in a fast-paced organization.

As an integral partner, you will support recruiting and talent outreach activities, building candidate relationships, and supporting a variety of branding initiatives.

You will have a key role by :

* supporting our Emerging Talent and Intern Programs including event planning, communication strategies, benchmark tracking and reporting, surveying and experience research and program logistics.
* Assisting our team to coordinate talent outreach activities including university events and diversity conferences.
* Supporting our efforts to drive an increase in pipeline, hiring and retention of our talent at Netatmo.
* Partnering with our Marketing team to submit content for our social media channels to help brand Netatmo as an Employer of Choice.

You will work on the Talent Acquisition plan by : 

·   Acting with hiring managers to identify, evaluate required duties and responsibilities, knowledge, hard and soft skills and abilities regarding job requirements.

·   Acting with hiring manager providing consultative and advisory recruiting strategy including market trends, candidate assessments, candidate challenges, time lines, interview schedules, etc..

·   Continuously network to proactively source potential candidates.

·   Participate in job fairs and other recruiting initiatives.

·   Build miscellaneous Talent Acquisition projects to meet business needs.

You will be from october2022 in the final year of your Business school or Master’s program as an apprentice and have a rounded knowledge of both HR communications and Talent Acquisition fields.

You must be an organizational guru, social media savvy, working effectively with internal and external customers and candidates, possess great communication skills, and can shift gears and be flexible at a moment’s notice to help the team.

You have a very good level of English and French.

You are proficient with Microsoft Suite Office, very comfortable with social media and always aware of new and emerging market tendencies.

You are very pro-active & resourceful. You are able to manage several projects at the same time and willing to help the other members of the HR team.

This apprenticeship will offer you the opportunity to learn a lot and grow in a multi-cultural environment once you are ready to have a high level of commitment. 

This opportunity is for an “alternance contract” (4 days in company / 1 day in school or 3 weeks in company / 1 week in school).

Position based in Boulogne-Billancourt (92).
