Job Description

Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you are responsible for managing the recruitment of all levels of positions through in-depth analysis of job skills and qualifications ensuring the different departments are staffed appropriately to meet operational goals.

You are also responsible for leading and developing best practices around company branding and sourcing strategies as well as the implementation of selection practices that are highly aligned with Netatmo’s core purpose, core values and long-term vision.

Your missions:

·   Partner with hiring managers to identify, evaluate required duties and responsibilities, knowledge, hard and soft skills and abilities regarding job requirements.

·   Partner with hiring manager providing consultative and advisory recruiting strategy including market trends, candidate assessments, candidate challenges, time lines, etc..

·   Continuously network to proactively source potential candidates.

·   Participate in recruiting initiatives.

·   Manage miscellaneous Talent Acquisition projects to meet business needs.

You will also work closely with the HR Director on the development of the Employer Branding Strategy (define our EVP and the communication material to create, measure to improve) and strenghthen our Attractivity. 

This position is based in our HQ in Boulogne-Billancourt (92). 

Qualifications

With a very solid experience (10 years minimum) in recruitment, you have a good network and know how to source and attract candidates in. You have an in-depth knowledge of our industry. 

We are looking for someone who demonstrates initiative and is creative problem-solver focused on improving services and outcomes.

Enthusiastic and resourceful, you have a growth and positive mindset to lead a Talent Acquisition & Retention strategy. 

You are able to manage several recruitment processes and other projects at the same time (recruitments, campus management, talent development programs…): “ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment”.

You speak English and French fluently (to the point where you can conduct an interview in english and french)

You have developed strong organizational skills with high attention to details and the ability to effectively balance conflicting priorities whilst keeping to tight deadlines.

Your ability to systematically organize and catalogue data and information is demonstrated as well as to appropriately handle and process confidential and sensitive information.
