With an international team of 250 motivated and passionate individuals with over 20 nationalities represented amongst our teams primarily located in the Paris region, Netatmo is always on the lookout for new talent to promote its development.

You will be working with our Marketing department under the supervision of our Head of Brand Activation.  Between September 2021 and January 2022, Netatmo will plan a seminar/teambuilding and participate to the CES in Las Vegas. You will lead our participation, plan all the details with the different teams and make sure everything goes smoothly on D Day.

Your main tasks will be:

• Contribute to the creation and production of event briefs and share retroplannings devoted to events
• Act as the key communication liaison between the teams involved in the operation as well as between other service providers
• Be in touch with all the service providers envolved in the events: agencies, printers, …
• Manage logistics and collateral (leaflets, brochures, kakemonos, etc), budget and trips
• Identify public speaking opportunities to promote the brand
• Produce a post-event report and propose recommendations for the following year

As one who is reactive, flexible, organized, hardworking and pays great attention to detail, you are also curious and creative.

Known for your excellent people skills, you are able to work autonomously and as a rallying point, while being a great team player.

You already have experience in event project management and if you organized the CES event it is a really plus.

You are fluent in English and French.

We are looking for a freelance for a 5 months assignment (end of august 2021 to January 2022).

You’ll be based in Boulogne-Billancourt. You’ll be required  to take business trips in France and abroad.
