As a junior supply chain coordinator, you will work in a multicultural environment and get involved in all the stages of supply chain flow from sourcing the raw material to delivering the final products to the right location on right time. Your main responsibility will be as follow:

• Responsible for production / purchasing plan for accessories, spare parts and dummies or any other assigned project according to sales’ forecast and the stock objective
• Make sure the production and shipping data is well tracked and processed in ERP system (SAP)
• Coordinate with the suppliers and the factories for the delivery and reception of the key raw material
• Validate invoices and BOM (bill of material) according to the quotation / agreement approved by purchasing team
• Follow up the evolution of the forecast, update the database to offer reliable information for decision making
• Daily close cooperation with the R&D, Sales and Financial department
• Support supply chain coordinators in other specific mission and communication.

This is a 6-month temporary role, possible to extend.

• Higher education degree in supply chain management related domain preferred
• First experience in the field of supply chain / logistics / purchasing / international trade
• Ideally fluent in French, English and Chinese
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Great team player
• Good knowledge in MS office (Excel), SAP experience is a plus
