Within the HR team, reporting to the HR Manager Payroll & HR Admin, you will have a central role in the team and contribute to the quality of internal service we want to offer our employees.

On a daily basis, you will accompany us on varied and empowering missions related to the proper integration of employees and their follow-up: 

Your Personnel Administration missions:

You will be in charge of the preparation of new employee entry files, employment contracts and monitor trial periods. You will schedule medical visits and be responsible of the update of different databases (workforce, common file with IT & Finance, etc.). 

Thanks to your analytical skills, you will be able to provide monthly, quaterly and annual reports to the Group. 

You will participate in carrying out Ministry of Labour surveys.

Your Payroll missions:

Your will work in pairs on the preparation of french payrolls (managed with ADP Decidium). You will be in charge of the end of contract documents verification, onboarding program into the tool ADP Decidium. 

You will follow-up the CPAM allowance files and the complementary allowances. You will be in charge of absences and ordering meal tickets.

You have a Bachelor's degree in Management with a specialization in HR, you will be joining a Master 1 or 2 in HR management at the start of the 2022 academic year, you already have a first professional experience in HR and have been recognized for your sense of service and confidentiality.

You have very good interpersonal skills and are rigorous. You have an eye for details and for work well done. You are willing to invest yourself in your professional activity, for that you are ready to commit yourself, to show involvement and reactivity.

You will be able to work with figures and Excel-type tools. Your level of English will enable you to communicate with our non-French speaking employees (23 different nationalities present at Netatmo).

Desired work/study contract rhythm is 4 days in-company training / 1 day at school or 10 days in company training / 2 days at school

This position is based in our offices in Boulogne-Billancourt (92).
