Within the customer service team, your task will be to manage client relations and requests on all social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Amazon...), specifically:

-      understand client issues and respond appropriately and efficiently,

-      give feedback on the information and issues discovered,

-      identify, comprehend, and provide suitable solutions to technical issues,

-      provide extremely thorough follow-up and responses,

-      carefully monitor the various social media platforms,

-      communicate with the entire team to identify potential issues.

 A genuine ‘Swiss Army Knife’, you use versatile skills to provide relevant solutions to various problems, while acting as a liaison between the clients and different teams (R&D, engineers, developers, product managers…).

You have at least 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar position within a B to C environment. You are interested in new technologies and IoT.

Bilingual skills in English and French are required. This position requires very good written skills in both languages, and knowledge of a third European language is a plus.  

Good knowledge of standard IT tools: CRM and MS Office pack.

A person with excellent communication and diplomatic skills, you have an enthusiastic personality and are known for your organisational skills and ability to manage stress well.
