We continue to develop our brand and products autonomously. Manage your heating and energy savings thanks to our Smart Thermostat, detect the presence of intruders using our cameras, which combine artificial intelligence and image processing software, … We also collaborate with strategic partners including the Muller Group, Velux and Legrand to create a range of products that will revolutionise your home.

With an international team of 250 motivated and passionate individuals with over 20 nationalities represented amongst our teams primarily located in the Paris region, Netatmo is always on the lookout for new talent to promote its development.

As our new e-commerce rock star, you will help us develop this sales channel quickly. Under the supervision of the Eshop Manager you will be responsible for:

Ø   Commercial strategy (with Magento):

·       Help create our online shop’s promotional calendar

·       Develop the cross-selling

·       Coordinate the product launches on our online shop

Ø   E-merchandising:

·       Promote our product range according to seasonality and planned product launches

·       Manage our product catalogue with over 10 geographic areas and 6 languages

·       Create and integrate product descriptions

Ø   Operational management of the online shop:

·       Work closely with our Customer Care Team to provide best-in-class customer experience

·       Participate in the technical, visual and operational evolutions of the online shop

·       Follow up schedules and coordinate with the different stakeholders (internal and external)

Ø  Web analytics:

·       Compile reporting and tracking metrics for all Eshop sales and initiatives

·       Analyse weekly sales reports and recommend improvements

The perfect candidate:

·       You are a student with a Bac+4 or Bac+5 Degree (or equivalent) and you are looking for a 6 months internship or a one year apprenticeship. 

·       Passionate about digital and e-commerce, you already have experience in this field (a previous internship, a personal project or freelance contracts…)

·       You speak French and English fluently

·       You are convinced that IoT is the place to be to start an ambitious career
