Netatmo is looking for a UI/UX Designer to accompany its growth.
As a member of the Design team composed of 3-4 people, you will be required to build prototypes and design the interface for web and mobile applications.

Your main goal is to satisfy our users. Your empathy, observation and synthesis skills will enable you to create simple, functional and intuitive user interfaces for thousands of users all over the world.

Your responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design of mobile and web user interfaces for our smart objects, while working in collaboration with Product Managers and Developers to constantly improve the user experience of our current products.
• Understand and master the existing design system and contribute to its enrichment.
• Reconcile users’ needs with technical constraints, deadlines and the Netatmo spirit.
• Share an idea or concept using paper layouts and highly reliable prototypes.
• Produce documents, resources and functional specifications which are clear and easy to implement by developers.
• Contribute to the entrepreneurial spirit and general good mood in the team.

You have minimum 5 years’ experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally in a start-up or agency. you are passionate about understanding problems before finding a solution.

Proficiency in Sketch or other similar software (Fima, Adobe XD) – we also use the following collaboration tools Zeplin, Plant, InVision
You are comfortable with animation software, and enjoy micro-interactions which give meaning to browsing including After Effects, Origami, Principle…
Good knowledge or understanding of code to propose feasible designs
Perfectionist, but not too much, you are a team player, friendly and enthusiastic
