Job Description

As a member of the Sales team and directly attached to the Global Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and driving sales growth in several countries.

Your key responsibilities are as follows :

1.       Cultivate new markets within your geographical zone
-          Target new, key markets within your zone (economic potential, market maturity, distribution network, regulatory specificity)
-          Recommend and select relevant distribution channels
-          Implement the appropriate distribution circuits (contracts, sales conditions) in agreement with Sales Management
-          Provide the required support to ensure the deployment of various activités (training, marketing tools) in line with channel marketing
-          Drive and monitor sales initiatives to achieve your goals

2.       Increase and speed up sales revenue in existing markets
-          Strenthen and secure relationships with existing distributors (promote deeper knowledge of their resellers, growth levers)
-          Boost sales
-          Respond to incoming requests

3.       Identify and roll out new markets in collaboration with Legrand
-          Provide the required support to achieve docking (administrative and technical support)
-          Coordinate NETATMO products launch with various subsidiaries or countries within the group
-          Design and define specific sales goals for each country in collaboration with the Sales Management team 

Qualifications

You have minimum 5 yeras experience in international sales development (Not Europe).
You have strong knowledge of consumer electronics / DIY, Smart home market 
Proven ability to be proactive, full autonomy and creativity are essential qualities to achieve your objectives

Yous must be fluent in English, others languages are a bonus.
