We continue to develop our brand and products autonomously. Manage your heating and energy savings thanks to our Smart Thermostat, detect the presence of intruders using our cameras, which combine artificial intelligence and image processing software, … We also collaborate with strategic partners including the Muller Group, Velux and Legrand to create a range of products that will revolutionise your home.

An international team of 280 motivated and passionate individuals, with over 20 nationalities represented amongst our teams, which are primarily located in the Paris region, Netatmo is always on the lookout for new talent to promote its development.

Under the responsibility of the Office Manager, your missions will be as follows:

1- Participate in various projects to development our offices
2- Manage bookings for business trips (train, plane, hotel, taxi) via Egencia as well as negotiate hotel contracts & car rental
3- Manage orders for general services and negotiate with different providers

You will also ponctually :
1- Back-up for our reception: Welcome the visitors and run the front desk and meeting rooms
2- Help our HR Team 
- Organize of our internal events (Monthly Talks, Welcome Days, Afterworks…)
- Prepare newcomers’ files (Welcome kit, registration of administrative documents…)
3- Help our Customer Support: Receive and send customers’ parcels

Positive and smiling, you demonstrate a great sense of service; you are meticulous, with strong organizational punctuality and accuracy skills. You like working in a team and you are well-known for your being personable and proactivity.

You speak French and English and you have a good knowledge of the Office Pack.
