We continue to develop our brand and products autonomously. Manage your heating and energy savings thanks to our Smart Thermostat, detect the presence of intruders using our cameras, which combine artificial intelligence and image processing software, … We also collaborate with strategic partners including the Muller Group, Velux and Legrand to create a range of products that will revolutionise your home.

With an international team of 250 motivated and passionated individuals with over 20 nationalities represented amongst our teams primarily located in the Paris region, Netatmo is always on the lookout for new talent to promote its development.

To support our growth, we are looking for an apprentice IT support technician reporting directly to our system information manager, your main responsibilities will be as following:

- User support, onboarding and offboarding of employees

- Install IT equipment (PC, laptops, printers, others, …)

- Magnagement of the machines (Linux Windows Mac)

- Prevent any system malfunctions and provide technical maintenance if necessary

- System administration level 1 (management of users’ rights, management of the office accesses, …)

- Update the databases and write the IT/Support procedures

- Inventory management for mobile phones and prepare internal events (workshops, presentations, …)

You are a student in a BTS/DUT in IT 

You are interested in working with Windows, Linux and Mac OS

Good level of French and English is required

The school/company ryhtm should be: 4 days in the office/1 day at school or 3 weeks/1 week and you are looking for a one year contract.
