 We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to support the UX and Digital teams to make the e-commerce and company websites more user-friendly. 

Your responsibilities:

• Contribute to the makeover and continuous improvement of the company and e-commerce websites
• Facilitate Conception workshops (UX mapping, user journey mapping)
• Conduct user research and studies (interviews, personae, user testing…)
• Provide functional responses to problems, define user journeys and build prototypes to test them rapidly 
• Develop visual coherence to ensure a seamless, intuitive user experience across every interface, both before and after sales, in collaboration with the Creative team
• Provide clear documentation and resources that are easy for developers to use

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a UX Designer, ideally for e-commerce websites and responsive websites’ makeovers
• Passionate about processes dealing primarily with users, from research to prototyping
• Relevant experience in Interface and Interaction design
• You possess excellent communication skills and a great sense of humour
• Proficiency in Sketch, InVision, Zeplin and Axure like the back of your hand
• Knowledge and experience using at least one animation software is required (framer, origami, principle…)
• You speak English like a boss
