Job Description

Reporting to the HR Director, you will work within our HR team (6 people) to develop, define and communicate Netatmo’s employer brand, both externally (to potential candidates and anyone in the IoT community) and internally (to existing employees and managers).

To do this you will need to:

- identify our EVP (internal survey to manage) and formalize what we can offer to our employees

- carry out market research to better understand our recruitment markets. Identify and investigate the best sourcing mediums and communication channels/tools, and implement new and innovative approaches which extend the reach and impact of all our messages.

- improve our existing HR publicity tools (job descriptions, employee’s welcome books, candidate’s handbooks, social media messages…) and HR pages of our website so we transmit effective, pertinent and attractive messages.   

- collaborate with our marketing teams to create and publish content for digital and print communications. This includes articles (Blog, ...),  videos and storyboards which will be used for our career site, job sites, webpages, social media, blogs…

- work with our digital teams to improve our SEO referencing and make sure that all our messages include the correct key words to increase the traffic of our communications channels.

- establish measurable goals and objectives to analyse the effectiveness of our messages and report metrics on a regular basis to demonstrate their impact and propose action plans for improvements.

In addition to this mission, you will also work on the training strategy and plan by : 

- Identifying individual learning initiatives that facilitate employee development based on needs expressed and discussions with managers

- Investigating all internal training initiatives and help build our central training database

- Establishing ways to measure the total effectiveness of all learning and development programs.

Qualifications

You will be from september 2021 in the final year of your Business school or Master’s program as an apprentice and have a rounded knowledge of both HR communications and marketing fields.

You have experience writing and editing marketing content (in print and for the web), analysing communication campaigns, extracting data and looking at trends.

You have a very good level of English and French, with excellent people skills.

You are proficient with Microsoft Suite Office, very comfortable with social media and always aware of new and emerging market tendencies.

You are very pro-active & resourceful. You are able to manage several projects at the same time and willing to help the other members of the HR team.

This apprenticeship will offer you the opportunity to learn a lot and grow in a multi-cultural environment once you are ready to have a high level of commitment. 

This opportunity is for an “alternance contract” (4 days in company / 1 day in school or 2/3 weeks in company / 1 week in school).
