Job Description

Reporting to the Sales Manager France you will have an empowering position in a stimulating and friendly work environment.

In charge of business development and relationship management with all real estate development companies in France, this position requires an outstanding sales person with a mature outlook and experience in the construction industry.

As part of an international team, you will collaborate closely with the rest of the retail sales team, professional channel sales team and Business Solutions (OEM sales team).

Your responsibilities:

·       Take charge of and continue to develop existing relationships with all real estate developers including many of the top10 in France.

·       Promote and prescribe Netatmo’s products and Netamo’s partners’ products to real estate, design offices, architects, installers and integrators.

·       Work closely with the professional channel sales team to attend events to display and promote Netatmo’s products

·       Use your network to expand the availability of Netatmo’s products and Netatmo’s partners’ products.

·       Liaise closely with Business Solutions to ensure Netatmo’s strategic partners are considered during product presentations and demonstrations.

·       Follow the market closely, the competition and the consumers to ensure the relevance and the success of Netatmo in this sales channel.

Qualifications

·       A minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in sales to real estate companies in (consumer electronics is a must) France and ideally with a proven network within the real estate development companies.

·       Able to handle complex contract negotiations

·       Outgoing, with very good oral and written communication skills

·       You need to be creative, analytical and rigorous

·       Available to cover French Territory (2-3 days per week on the road)

·       At ease in a team, you are motivated and looking to invest yourself and undertake responsibility
