Job Description

Reporting to the Sales Manager for Nordics and Baltics, your mission will be to build up the networks of Pro distributors and installers (Ahlsell, Dahl, Onninen, Elektroskandia, Solar....), and the energy suppliers (EON, Fortum, Dong ….).

You are in charge of the follow-up of commercial contracts and commercial operations with national energy companies, as well as the negotiation of new contracts.

You ensure the referencing and the visibility of the Netatmo range in trading outlets and on the distributors’ websites.

You work with marketing and channel marketing teams in preparing and developing tools and solutions dedicated to these distribution networks.

You perform competitive intelligence analysis on the ground and report your findings to the Sales Director.

You facilitate training sessions for integrated or independent installers and trading networks and provide the appropriate marketing tools.

To help you in this mission covering the whole territory, you benefit from the support of our Regional Sales Manager and our Regional Channel Marketing Manager.

Qualifications

You have a business degree or equivalent, and at least 5 years’ in the heating or electricity field as a professional tradesman/installer including central or regional negotiations with major players in the trade.

You have real relational skills and negotiation, you are organized, autonomous, and show team spirit.

Working in a home office, based in Stockholm or nearby, you will have to travel a lot in the Nordics and Baltics and sometimes to France.
