Job Description

We are looking for our future sales administration manager who will be in charge of a team of three, manage the shipments from our 3 logistic warehouses based in France and abroad (delivery of B2C, B2B and Amazon orders) as well as the shipments from our Chinese factories (order deliveries to industrial clients). You'll also coordinate various projects in order to improve our ways of working (EDI implementation, process review and refont together with Legrand, ...). 

Your main responsibilities also include:

-          Configuration of our client accounts: control and monitoring of pre-negotiated commercial conditions (prices, discounts, minimum orders, payment terms, incoterms, RMA…).

-          Reception and management of B2B client orders: 75% international clients: electronic products’ sales outlets, DIY stores, wholesalers, Amazon, Netatmo online store. You will also need to make a distinction between orders placed for Netatmo and those for Legrand.

-          Warehouse stock-optimisation and control: reception of products from the factories, tracking the stock of returned products, management of refurbishing processes, daily reconciliation between SAP and the stock from logistics specialists, track and monitor client orders’ flow in SAP and Magento, sales forecast via SKU and anticipate stock shortages.

-          Arranging for deliveries and transportation: choose third-party carriers according to a price/quality grid, anticipate and optimise the costs.

-          In collaboration with the Accounting team: process client invoices via SAP and online for Amazon, verify outstanding debt and advance payments.

-          Tracking litigations particularly those involving Amazon: create tickets, track responses, provide proof of delivery, manage credit notes.

-          Establishing the rules that allow Netatmo to manage its stock levels using sales forecasts and efficient coordination with the production team.

Qualifications

You have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar position, you are comfortable in international environments and are passionate about muti-channel distribution/sales. You know  well and have past experience with the consumer electronic sector . 

Good knowledge of Information Systems and experience in project management are required.

You are natural leader and you know how to motivate and grow your team.

Fluency in English and French is necessary, and knowledge of a third language is a plus.

Organised and analytical, you are also hardworking and pay attention to details.
