As the Senior Network Engineer, you will be an integral part of NetSteady's continued growth. This position will oversee and/or perform the majority of project and network administration duties on behalf of NetSteady's clients. This is a perfect role for someone with comprehensive technical management experience.

In this role,  you will be an integral member of a networking team that will interact with other teams who focus on networks, data centers, storage, and security systems. 

The team you will be supporting will be responsible for: 

• Documentation of Networks, Infrastructure, and SOPs
• Designing, provisioning, and managing core systems, network, data center & load balancing physical and virtual infrastructure (the environment is 24/7/365)
• Delivering physical and virtual infrastructure to support.
• Maintaining a highly available network.
• Meeting and exceeding the requirements of our customers with highly reliable and high performance infrastructure systems.
• Continuing efforts to realize a robust hybrid cloud infrastructure

• Have 5+ years of professional enterprise infrastructure engineering experience, building and managing highly available enterprise grade networks.
• Have 5+ years of experience with network infrastructure including most of the following components:
  • Routers / Switches
  • Firewalls
  • Load Balancers 
  • Storage Area Networks
• Have 5+ years of experience with the following networking technologies:
  • Routing Protocols (BGP & OSPF)
  • VRFs, VLANs, VRRP, LACP, MLAG
  • RADIUS / Rancid / GIT
  • IPSec VPN
  • DNS / DHCP
  • NAT / SNAT
  • IP Multicast
• Follow Network Architecture standards
• Have a Working knowledge of Linux and Windows Server Environments
• Have a 4-year college degree in Computer Science / Information Technology/ Engineering OR equivalent professional experience
