As the Marketing and Advertising Assistant, it will be your responsibility to use creative methods to create new opportunities for our team. You will have a dedicated Marketing and Advertising budget to work from, and will report directly to the Project Sales Leader. 

The responsibilities of this position are as follows:

• Assist with promoting employment and contract opportunities
• Assist with marketing and advertising campaigns for all business units
• Use online marketing methods (social media, web forms, etc) to improve sales efforts
• Manage direct mail marketing campaigns as needed
• Ensure that all opportunities are entered into Task Management System and triaged appropriately
• Be a reliable and consistent member of our team
• Assist with other duties as required

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to learn technical terms and speak confidently about them
• Proven marketing and advertising background
• Able to work effectively independently or in a team environment
• Willing to work in fast-paced technical environment
