As the Technology Coordinator, your responsibility will be to serve as a resource for customers, management, technicians, and event facilities to ensure that services are ordered properly and delivered on-time. 

This can be a hybrid/partially remote position for the right person.

The responsibilities of this position are as follows:

• Answer incoming calls and assist the customer, or triage as necessary
• Make outgoing phone calls to previous customers to determine if they need to order services for upcoming events
• Oversee email and direct mail marketing campaigns
• Ensure that all orders are entered into Task Management System and scheduled appropriately
• Assist with billing, invoicing, and recordkeeping as necessary
• Provide on-site support for events if required

• Able to work effectively independently or in a team environment
• Willing to work in fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with performing technical tasks over the phone
