Job Description

The on-site customer support technician will be the front line of support for internet users at our Fort Worth, TX event facility. You will be responsible for doing the following:

  • Take inbound telephone calls, assisting by phone if required.
  • If issue cannot be resolved by phone, make an in-person visit to the customer to ensure 
  • Triage larger scale issues to Network Administrator or other management.
  • Assist with customer signup for services.
  • Troubleshoot hard-wired internet connectivity, as needed
  • Assist with network installation, as needed

Qualifications

In order to accomplish this job, the successful candidate must have:

  • Reliable transportation
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Experience in technical support role supporting WiFi and hard-wired internet
  • Ability to use a computer to basic network troubleshooting
  • Clear and concise communication skills

This positions works Thursday and Friday from 8am - 4:30p, potentially other dates and times as required by event load.
