Job Description

Receive incoming telephone calls from customers and:
-- Determine the reason for call (sales or support issue)
-- Attempt to resolve the issue, if possible;
-- Dispatch on-site technician as needed
-- Process payments for any products and services as needed

The schedule for this position is Wednesday - Sunday, 3p-8p Eastern

Qualifications

  • Outgoing and personable demeanor
  • Sales experience desired
  • Previous experience with help desk or customer service required
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
