About the Job

The Business Analyst will monitor key metrics used to determine trends that will impact customers, act as an escalation point for customer issues and concerns, and work with product/​development in evaluating defect priorities that impact customers.​ The Business Analyst collect data on each issue facing customers and work to provide financial valued/​impact on issue raised by customer.​

Required Skills :

• Exceptional Communicator, able to quickly read and write technical specifications and documentation, as well as hold telephone conferences with project staff
• MUST work well with others
• Good leadership potential and an ability to keep meetings on track, on time, and on target
• Good time manager, able to juggle numerous tasks simultaneously to meet project deadlines

• Bachelor degree in communications, business, technology or engineering preferred.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
