We are look for two positions to fill.

Sales Associate: To be the best sales associate you must not be SHY! You must be able to communicate with the customers and make sales. You have to have a positive ambitious attitude. You must also have a car. It is mandatory that you are responsible for yourself. Sales associates can make from $8-$12 and hour. it all depends on how much you can get the job done and succeed. If we make money you make money. If you are adding to the business and closing sales you can get a raise within 2 weeks from your start date.

Manager: You must be able to multi task and get all your jobs done. You must be a great leader and lead your team everyday. We are looking for people who can add to the business. You must not be afraid to take charge and give orders. It is mandatory that your have a car for this position. Managers can make from $9.00-$13 an hour. The more valuable you are to the business the more your pay increases. Here at 380 Fashion, we are a team. Everyone wins at the end if everyone does there job.
