Job Description

The Senior Affiliate Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing our affiliate lead generation partnerships in the Canadian market, with guidance from the Head of Affiliates. This role aims to drive leads and sales through affiliate partnerships. The position involves overseeing Affiliate partner onboarding, campaign setup, ad approvals, performance analysis and day to day relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in affiliate marketing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


  • Affiliate Partnerships Management: Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners and develop strategies to optimize lead generation and sales through these channels.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyse and report on the performance of affiliate marketing efforts, providing actionable insights.
  • Budget Management: support budget management for affiliate partnerships, making performance-based recommendations for budget allocation
  • Ad Approval: Work with affiliate partners and Neilson Compliance team to review and approve affiliate marketing materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Strategic Development: assist in the development and execution of the overall affiliate marketing strategy


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or numerate discipline.
  • At least 3+ years in Affiliate Marketing or a related role
  • Proven experience managing high volume and high budget affiliate programs.
  • Proficient in affiliate marketing platforms and tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), affiliate networks, and digital advertising tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and relationship management.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in affiliate marketing.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools
