Neighborhood Health is Northern Virginia’s first Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), providing high quality primary care, dental care, behavioral health, and enabling services to 16,000 patients across nine clinical sites in the City of Alexandria, Fairfax County, and Arlington County.

Provides direct patient care services in collaboration with the Medical Director and other physicians.  Patient care services involve both prevention and treatment of illness, health maintenance and health promotion activities.  Provides leadership and support to nursing and the clinical support staff in the delivery of patient care services; participates in staff training.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must
• FNP licensed in VA
• Masters Degree
• 3-5 years experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse work force and client base.   
• Experience with information technology, electronic health records, medical records, culturally diverse populations and care of underserved populations.
• Experience with database maintenance and reporting.
• Knowledge of local health care environment.
