Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Manual and Automation Tester to drive quality assurance practices within our agile delivery team. In this role, you will use deep technical expertise in manual testing with JavaScript-based test frameworks. You’ll be contributing to a platform that processes petabytes of aerial imagery, powers advanced AI models, and delivers real-time geospatial insights to customers around the world. This is a rare opportunity to help shape quality practices across an end-to-end platform spanning high-resolution imagery, AI-driven insights, and scalable data delivery systems while establishing foundational QA standards in our new Warsaw engineering hub.You’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability of systems that are transforming how industries make critical decisions at scale.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in agile software delivery environments with strong automation capability.
  • 6+ years of experience in Manual testing
  • Track record of improving QA practices and influencing quality culture across teams.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Selenium, Postman, JavaScript-based test frameworks, CI/CD, and Git.
  • Hands-on experience with testing APIs, UI, performance, and cross-browser behaviour including mobile devices.
  • Proactive, pragmatic, and committed to high standards of technical excellence.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and distributed teams.
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, with a strong understanding of software development processes, quality assurance methodologies, and test automation frameworks.
