Job Description
Are you passionate about developing high-performing sales teams and scaling sales strategies in a fast-growing SaaS company? We are seeking a GTM Enablement Manager to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in driving sales excellence across the Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) region. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by working closely with leadership to optimise go-to-market (GTM) operations and ensure the success of our customer-facing teams.
In this role, you will have the chance to influence the performance of our sales teams, improve sales processes, and develop talent that will power our company’s growth. Your focus will be on building scalable training programs, providing strategic coaching, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure that our GTM teams are fully equipped to meet and exceed their targets.
What You’ll Do:
Sales Enablement & Coaching:
- Lead and support the onboarding and ongoing training of our ANZ sales teams.
- Provide ongoing coaching to help our salespeople execute effectively, reach their goals, and continuously improve their sales skills.
Drive High-Performance Sales Teams:
- Help build a culture of accountability and performance excellence by establishing clear objectives, KPIs, and processes.
- Collaborate with team leaders to identify skills gaps and develop tailored coaching to maximise efficiency and success.
GTM Strategy Execution:
- Work closely with the Global Enablement team to roll out global training programs that align with regional needs.
- Support the implementation of GTM strategies in the region, ensuring that all teams are well-prepared and equipped to execute on business priorities.
Sales Process Optimisation:
- Regularly assess sales calls and meetings using platforms like Salesforce and Gong to evaluate sales processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with teams to continuously refine and optimise tools and processes to drive better results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with marketing, product, and revenue operations teams to ensure alignment and execution on key initiatives.
- Help translate strategic goals into actionable training and enablement programs that drive performance at every level.
Performance Reporting:
- Work with leadership to track key performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of enablement programs.
- Use data insights to continuously improve and refine sales enablement efforts and ensure teams are aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales leadership, sales enablement, or GTM strategy.
- Proven success in coaching and developing sales teams, driving performance improvements, and managing enablement programs.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) and using them to optimize sales processes.
Skills:
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams.
- A strategic thinker who can align enablement programs with broader business objectives.
