As we expand our Mid-Market operations, we’re seeking a dynamic Senior Director, Mid-Market ANZ to spearhead our strategy and elevate our team. 

As the Senior Director, you will be pivotal in shaping and executing the Mid-Market go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the ANZ region. Your leadership will directly impact our growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the EVP & other Sales Leaders to define and align the ANZ Mid-Market strategy with corporate objectives. You'll set operational goals, define performance targets, and ensure accountability across the team.
  • Team Development: Lead a high-performing team of Account Managers and coordinate with cross-functional leaders in Customer Success, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering to implement effective sales processes.
  • Growth Focus: Drive the achievement of Net New Annual Recurring Revenue (NNARR), enhance customer Net Promoter Score (NPS), and foster employee engagement through a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Performance Management: Continuously assess market opportunities, recommend strategic changes, and ensure the team meets and exceeds set performance metrics.
  • Culture Building: Set the cultural tone for the organisation by embodying Nearmap’s values, promoting a growth mindset, and facilitating team collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in a senior leadership role within SaaS businesses - even better if it's in the geospatial, GIS, aerial imagery, or analytics sectors!

  • Extensive experience leading high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams in a global matrix organisation.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams through periods of change.

  • Exceptional leadership, relationship management, and influencing skills.

  • Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and develop flexible solutions.

  • Highly developed communication skills to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation.

  • Positive, energetic, and composed with a natural ability to connect with people.

  • High level of trustworthiness and integrity, capable of providing and receiving constructive feedback.

  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on continual improvement and high performance.
