Job Description
1) coordinating and supporting all processes related to training of School students;
2) providing advisory and information support of School faculty and students regarding School programs, its goals, policies and regulations;
3) providing advisory and information support of School faculty and students regarding academic issues in accordance with goals and objectives of training program (full-time MBA program, MBA program for executives, MSc in Finance);
4) maintaining students database;
5) planning costs and generating draft budget for training program implementation (full-time MBA program, MBA program for executives, MSc in Finance, Master of Engineering Management);
6) monitoring students’ academic progress;
7) providing complex targeted support to low-performing students;
8) drafting correspondence on academic issues of students; keeping group training records: documents execution on the results of academic progress, attendance (if necessary), etc.;
9) arranging group’s participation in the events of School and University;
10) preparing and delivering reports on training program implementation (students’ progress, budget implementation, etc.), writing policy briefs (if necessary);
11) assisting the processes of risks identification, assessment, management, monitoring within the framework of supervised area;
12) timely and proper fulfillment of other orders of the Head of division and the University management within the framework of his/her responsibilities and powers.
Qualifications
Higher education, preferably with English as a language of instruction.

Work experience must meet one of the following requirements:
