Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the proper use of the University’s logo by internal departments across print and digital materials.
Review and update the University’s brand book to ensure consistency and relevance.
Design graphic and video content to support the Department’s marketing plan across email campaigns, social media, and display advertising.
Create visual materials to highlight academic programs, research initiatives, and other key University achievements.
Support student recruitment activities by designing or adapting promotional materials tailored to target audiences.
Qualifications
Higher professional education, preferably from institutions with English as the language of instruction.
Preferred fields of study: Design, Marketing, or other related disciplines.
Relevant work experience must meet one of the following criteria:
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience; or
Minimum of 1 year with a Master's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in creating graphic and video materials for websites, social media, print, and digital advertising.
Strong graphic design skills and familiarity with marketing campaign planning.
Proficient in design and office software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, CorelDRAW, Canva, Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Fluency in English, Kazakh, and Russian languages.
Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of education, as well as regulatory legal acts related to marketing and advertising.
