Job Description

  1.  monitor, prepare, and submit materials and reports related to the School’s accreditation and research activities;
  2.   provide administrative support to the Dean, Vice Dean for Research, faculty, and students in organizing research activities and implementing research projects, including the coordination of social policy grants;
  3.   maintain databases containing information on research and accreditation requirements;
  4. support the implementation of research projects in compliance with accreditation standards;
  5.  coordinate social policy grants in accordance with university requirements;
  6. organize and conduct regional and international conferences and presentations aimed at enhancing the School’s reputation within accreditation processes.
  7. manage databases, prepare reports, and develop presentations reflecting the School’s compliance with accreditation standards;
  8.  coordinate accreditation commission visits, expert trips, site inspections, and other accreditation-related activities;
  9. support the individual responsible for accreditation matters at the School in preparing university-level reports related to quality assurance and accreditation compliance;
  10. assist in accreditation processes related to research activities, including the preparation of supporting documentation.
  11. Participate in the identification, assessment, management, and monitoring of risks associated with accreditation compliance, research activities, and maintaining the status of accredited programs.

Qualifications

Work experience must meet one of the following requirements:

with Master's degree, professional experience should be not less than 1 year in the areas corresponding to functional areas of a specific position; or

with Specialist or  Bachelor degree, work experience should be at least 3 years in the areas corresponding to the functional areas of a given position in the public service, international and/or national companies, or at least 2 years of work experience at the University and/or its organizations.

- knowledge of the education legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

- understanding of the education system in business management in Kazakhstan and abroad;

- fluent in English, Kazakh, and Russian.

-coordination and administration of accreditation processes;
-experience in preparing reports and managing documentation related to accreditation and research activities;
-proficiency in data analysis methods and monitoring compliance with accreditation requirements;
-project and process management skills related to accreditation and quality assurance in education;
-experience in organizing accreditation commission visits, conferences, and events;
-ability to work in a multitasking environment and meet established deadlines;
-ability to work both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary and international team.
