The Department of Physics at Nazarbayev University invites applications for a full time position of Instructor in Physics beginning Fall semester 2024. The standard teaching load for this position is 4 courses per semester (4+4) with all instruction provided in English. Normally it involves teaching calculus-based introductory physics courses. The instructor might also contribute to some administrative tasks and/or additional services to the School and the Department.

The successful applicant should have a PhD degree in physics or related fields by the start date and will be expected to demonstrate strong potential for teaching excellence. The successful candidate will have to demonstrate fluency in English.
