Job Description

1)   preparation and execution of documents on issues within the competence of the School;        

2)   interaction and correspondence with academic staff on issues within the competence of the School;

3)   monitoring the implementation of action plans under agreements with partners and the implementation of services by partner universities in full;

4)   implementation of work on interaction with foreign and local universities/organizations on cooperation issues, providing different educational programs/projects, receiving academic grants (agreements, additional agreements, program approval);

5)   implementation of preparatory and organizational works on conducting educational programs/projects, including accommodation, transport, student data preparation and other issues;

6)   regular updating information on the website, and other School/University platforms about educational programs/projects, including the development of printing materials;

7)   planning the School budget on the activities;

8)   implementation of works related to obtaining, updating the work visa of foreign invited professors/instructors, students of the programs/projects, as well as timely registration with the tax and migration services of Astana;

9)   preparation of accompanying documents for reimbursement of expenses to invited professors/instructors and/or external experts for the provision of services, as well as housing and visa costs;

10) implementation of work on the conclusion and execution of service contracts with the invited professors/instructors and external experts;

11) assistance in organizing the arrival of external experts in coordination with the relevant structural units of the University;

12) assistance in timely transfer of personal files to the University archive (if necessary);

13) preparation of analytical materials, presentations, information on individual tasks, instructions of the line manager within the competence of the School;

14) timely and properly executes the tasks of the line manager and the University management;

15) observes the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the internal documents of the University;

16) responsible for compliance with labor and service discipline;

17)     responsible for ensuring the integrity of official documents, as well as preventing the disclosure or leakage of confidential and business information, as well as restricted access information in accordance with the legislation, the Charter and internal documents of the Employer

Qualifications

Education:

Higher professional education, preferably in higher educational institutions with English language of instruction;

Priority areas of specialties:

- management;

- management in education;

- economics;

- finance;

- business administration;

- human resource management;

- related specialties in the field of humanities

Work experience:

With a Bachelor's degree / Specialist - at least three years;

At least 1 year with a master's degree in the relevant field.

Knowledge and skills:

- Knowledge of the labor and migration legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

- knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint programs;

- Effective communication skills;

- fluency in English, Kazakh and Russian languages
