Job Description

  1. ensuring the review and approval of contracts in terms of payment and closing conditions, financial risks, bank details within the supervised area;
  2. ensuring the review and approval of applications for payment/expenditure of funds within the supervised area;
  3. registration of contracts in accordance with the established at the University procedures;
  4. acceptance of documents within the supervised area (original contracts, reports on contracts and other documents), ensuring their integrity and preparation for submission to the archive;
  5. maintaining catalogues of contract partners and contracts in the accounting system;
  6. participation in the development of methodological and regulatory internal documents within the supervised area;
  7. monitoring and control of the execution of contracts and transactions, participation in the inventory of obligations (receivables) in accordance with the established procedure;
  8. record-keeping of the Division, preparation for submission to the archive files;
  9. timely and properly executes the tasks of the line manager and the University`s management;
  10. observes the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Employer`s internal documents;
  11. is responsible for exercising the labor and performance discipline;
  12. is responsible for ensuring the integrity of official documents, and prevention of the disclosure or leakage of confidential and business information, as well as information of restricted access in accordance with the legislation, Charter and internal documents of the Employer;  
  13. in case of dismissal, is responsible for timely transfer of all paper documentation, digital information, inventory to another employee as instructed by the line manager (to be certified by the act of acceptance-transfer).

Qualifications

Higher-professional, preferable from the higher education institutions with English language of instruction, degree not lower than bachelor/specialist.

Priority specializations:  - Finance, - Economics, - Accounting and audit

Additional Information

With a bachelor's or specialist’s degree, work experience in the specialty is at least 3 years of work; with a master’s degree, at least 1 year of work experience in areas corresponding to the functional areas of a particular position;

- knowledge of the civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and regulations in the field of payment transactions;

- proficient knowledge of Information technologies in the field of payment transactions, knowledge of banking programs;

Knowledge of 1C programs, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet banking programs.

Fluent in English, Kazakh, Russian.
